Absolutely my favorite boutique hotel.  Check-in to check-out could not have gone better Room are huge, we had a small ocean view and great view of Diamond Head. Parking is included so of course we rented a Jeep! Checked out beach chairs and beach towels headed to the North Shore for Ted’s breakfast- best breakfast on the island.  We got the omelet- it is like a breakfast lasagna( plenty of food for 3), pastry items for later Went to beach on North Shore watched the surfers Drinks next door on outdoor patio Brian in restaurant was fabulous Enjoyed our 2 complimentary glasses of wine every evening Great breakfast at barefoot beach cafe very close to hotel Christieann, Sarah and Brian were fabulous This was not our first trip to The Lotus and hopefully won’t be our last Recommend Giovanni’s shrimp truck north shore and local eatery Diamond Head Market and Grill Great 48 hour trip to the Lotus - 163juditht

After extensive research about hotels in Honolulu, I decided on the Lotus for our first vacation trip since the beginning of the pandemic. The Lotus experience surpassed all my expectations. What a fabulous location, steps away from two beaches, a world-class French restaurant, Ily coffee and Italian espresso maker in the room, fancy and convenient beach chairs and luxurious towels for the beach days. We walked everyday to the Barefoot Beach cafe nearby, the most scrumptious local restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with live music, ever! Walking 15 minutes more through the gorgeous park with lush trees and families having picnics, you get to the craziness, tourist-drenched Waikiki. What also makes the Lotus unique is its staff: Jessica (the fantastic Jessica, what glowing energy!), Christie (high beautiful vibe), Lita, Mari, Marilou, Zee, Rogie, Lester, George, Mila!
