Best location, European plan, Nice Restaurants indoors and most important, is 5 minutes walking distance away from the Shibuya Crossing Starbucks which connects to the subway station tha goes everywhere from there. There is also Hachiko's Statue, great hotel for it's price and privilege. -Carlos GR

I generally like the Cerulean though it's starting to be in need to fix up the rooms as becoming somewhat dated. Also, any hotel that still charges to use the pool plus charges over $100 a night for a cot isn't worth it. The check-out line during Covid was atrocious -SamM
Stayed here at the start of 2020. For the classic luxurious stay in Tokyo this is your best bet if you want a Japanese brand over international chains. The location is a short walk to central Shibuya. Room and bathroom offers a superb view over the city skyline. Extremely spacious by Japanese standards. Will be my go to hotel any time I want to splurge in Tokyo. -pgia4868
