If you want the best views of the Eiffel tower this is the place to stay! We had an excellent stay at the Pullman. In room espresso machine and breakfast were outstanding!  If you want some epic hotel room pictures in Paris you must stay here.  Highly recommend! - thelifeofpol

We stayed two nights at the Hotel. Checking in was easy, in fact we got there at 10:30 a.m. expecting our room was not ready, but we we were  able to go to our room.  The room was large enough, and had a nice patio with a great view from the 9th floor. The elevators were working well, and we had very little waiting time. The staff in all areas were very friendly and willing to help. Our breakfast was included in the price, and it was very well set up, and delicious. The location was amazingly central to so many things, many choices of restaurants very close to the hotel. We went to the bar on the top floor, but though you could see the Eiffel Tower all lit up, it was not an inviting atmosphere. They wanted you buying drinks and not just coming for a picture. They only really rude staff that we encountered. Overall our experience was so positive. We were told that the top floor bar was closing the day after we were there, so hopefully the new and improved version will be a more comfortable environment (the 80’s dance club is what the recent one reminded me of). My rating was based on the hotel only. - ycnanb

I was nervous about booking this reservation due to previous reviews stating there is no response from the hotel. I called and emailed several times without a response, however, I finally got through on a call (just be patient and try different times of the day).  The receptionist (may have been Joy, she also responded to my email) was So excited for us to visit and confirmed our reservation. I will update this review after our stay. Just a reminder you are in good hands; just be patient. Hopefully, this helps when you’re reviewing places to stay! Can’t wait to post photos on social! From the moment you step foot into La Comtesse, you know you’re in the best of hands. Each member of staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay and showed their guests care and class. Each detail of the hotel was pure magic, from the breathtaking city and Eiffel tower view, to the fresh breakfast buffet - every bit of my experience felt surreal. After travelling Paris on a budget, this beautiful hotel was the perfect way to relax in luxury and end my trip on a high. Thank you to the staff for upgrading my room to the 6th floor and for making my stay the best experience I could have dreamed of. We were in Paris for one day and this hotel was in the perfect location. It's a small room but super cozy and comfortable. It's perfect for a couple visiting the city of love. Bathroom was extra spacious and the shower was amazing. The bed and pillows were a dream after a 6+ hour flight. The view was a dream too! La Comtesse is in a great location with easy access to the metro.  Great breakfast choices and many restaurants and grocery stores nearby.  Very close to Eiffel Tower, could walk to many popular locations.   Would stay here again. - GovisBob
