From the moment we walked into the lobby we knnew we had chosen the right hotel. Absolutely faultless! All the staff are so professional, helpful and friendly. We were made to feel welcome from the first moment. Our room, overlooking Robson Square was tastefully furnished, immaculate with high quality bedlinens and we loved the feature of the corner bath in the bedroom. During our stay we had a minor problem in our bathroom with a leak from the room above. This was promply repaired whilst we had breakfast and as a courtesy we were given a beautiful bottle of wine. Breakfast choices were well. presented, extremely tasty and very generous portions. Great care and attention has been given to the decoration of the hotel making it feel luxurious but comfortable at the same time. Particularly loved the fireplace in the lobby and breakfast room. The hotel is centrally located in downtown Vancouver making it within easy walking distance of most places. This is certainly a hotel to return to! - gilliansF4287WR
