“Property is conveniently located for checking out all the sights in the harbor area. The best part of our stay was provided by Kyla at the Front Desk. Every time she saw us, she made sure we had everything we needed. She helped us with directions to the Inner Harbor and recommended a great place for dinner. When we returned in the evening and found Starbucks was closed, she gave us extra coffee pods and brought us cream from the kitchen for our coffee. Truly 5-star service!” — TravelerMGK

“My wife and I had an wonderful stay at the Double Tree hotel.
We stayed in a suite on the 16th floor that had a fantastic water and mountain view.
The room was very clean. The staff were always helpful.
The staff at the Stone Ground Pizza Restuarant served delicious food. Starbucks is located in the hotel too.The Double Tree Hotel is in a great dowtown location. My wife and I stayed at a number of hotels in dowtown Victoria over the past few years and this was by far our best experience.
