Two friends who went on a ten day trip to New York and spent time in this hotel. We have only warm words to say about the hotel, the staff and the experience it provides to guests. The room is relatively large compared to other hotel rooms, the staff is kind and generous, very helpful. There is a room with free washing machines and dryers, there is a computer corner, a dining room. Most importantly 5 minutes from Central Park, 10 minutes walk from Times Square and one minute from the subway. - _S9023SM

Good location,Very helpful staff, overall good experience. Only drawback is we stayed 10 days and were only entitled to one cleaning service. You had to pay 75 dollars for a second service. But will definitely return. - tonyee2022

Everything was great! The place was really nicely decorated, comfy and clean. The AC was strong. The room was nicely decored. The kitchen had enough supplies to cook a basic meal. The building has a gym and self-served laundromat as well. Overall very pleasant experience. I'd recommend it! - Ramicat12
