We stayed here over the 4th of July and could not be happier with our experience.  We had a Maiden Lane suite and had plenty of room, subway was literally right around the corner.  The best part was the staff, everyone was helpful and friendly and helped make our stay one to remember! - C2373TFadamh
Spent a weekend here with family. This hotel feels nothing like your typical suburban Residence Inn. It's made for Manhattan with chic urban styling throughout. Location: Outstanding. It's a block south of Fulton Center with the Fulton Street subway hub and many available subway lines going every which direction. Even with weekend subway disruptions you'll still find a convenient way to get wherever you need. Fulton Center is also connected underground to The Oculus and Brookfield Place with tons of indoor shops and dining options if the weather is bad. If exploring Lower Manhattan by foot, there are so many attractions within a 15min walking radius such as WTC, Wall Street, Battery Park, Pier 17, Brooklyn Bridge, and even the lower end of Chinatown if you walk briskly. I felt safe immediately around the hotel, even at night. Service: Check-in was very friendly. Maid was very attentive, noticed when we exited our rooms for the day and made sure to ask for our room number so she could get started with housekeeping. Room: We requested a higher floor during reservation and got the 16th floor (I believe there are 18 in total?). Three elevators here, all working well, some of the fastest I've seen in Manhattan hotels, never had issues with long wait or overcrowding despite a busy weekend. Room was very quiet with hardly any street noise, very clean with well functioning heat & AC. Loved the full size fridge, and small kitchenette with microwave. Beds are comfortable. The room itself is quite spacious for Manhattan standards too, and the high ceilings are a great touch. Breakfast: There's a typical Marriott free buffet breakfast here but I never woke up in time to get it. Also after 10am they reprogram the coffee machines so even though it's free during breakfast, you have to pay for lobby coffee - never saw this before at a Residence Inn! I have no complaints. I would absolutely stay here again if I had the chance and the price is good. - VTeight7
Great spot for visiting 911 museum and Statue of Liberty. Stayed one night in a Maiden Lane Suite. HUGE room for NYC! Jane at front desk was so nice and friendly.  Breakfast was decent and saved our party of 5 a lot of money on breakfast. Loved the Starbucks coffee.  Enjoyed the Amazon Go store and nearby O’Hara’s pub. - maribethb

The decor is new and fun, music 50s/60s but not obtrusive, there is a pleasant diner vibe, but
