We loved staying at this hotel. It is placed such that it has one of the best views of the Staubbach Falls. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was no A/C but the room was decent, clean and I loved their sheets. Comfortable bed (my kids got bunk beds and they love dit too. It was hot the couple of days we were there and the staff went out of their way to find us two table fans for our room. On the recommendation of the breakfast wait staff, we had one of the best nights in Lauterbunnen - a local cultural and musical night with beer, desserts etc, which we wouldn't have known about otherwise. - joey_purk
Excellent location with a spectacular view of Staubbach falls. Both Senne and Adam at the front desk provided us with excellent information on the region as well as recommendations for our dinner choices. Our room (37) was clean and comfortable although the pillows were not the best to sleep on. Breakfast was delicious and the room it was served in provided a beautiful view of the falls. All of the staff were friendly but we want to note how good the service Senne provided us with! Highly recommend this hotel as it has been the best so far during our trip to Europe this summer! - drewb658
We were touring Europe and staying in cheap hotels, this one was special, I wanted the view and that is what I got! The room was lovely, Wi-Fi was good, shower was strong and the breakfast was great with a great view too. There’s complimentary coffee in the bar all day. Parked out the front with no problem. The staff were helpful in giving us ideas as we were only there for two nights and one full day. So much to see, want to come back for a week. - bumbleberry68
