Grand Hyatt staff are very attentive to our kids’ needs. They gave us special attention and assistance at the breakfast buffet, the pool, and room service. Kids love the pool. Room is spacious for a family of four. Not to mention kids were excited to see 101 in their room. The only downside is they close the skywalk to 101 and the side entrance, making us walk way much more. That could be tough for young kids.  - etchan2022

The staff was welcoming and friendly in nature. The room was neat and tidy. Offered us free check out extension. A cake was already placed in the room for my wife's birthday, was a nice gesture from the staff. - uttampatil23

It was very impressive staying in W Hotel for celebrating the anniversary of 6 Years marriage, also the weekend before Kids back to school. Cannot complaint too much because who doesn't love W Hotels, no matter all staff, receptions, managers are all well done for their duty. Enough Said. However compare to newly decorated such as Tapestry Hilton, Renaissance or Marriott. W Hotel has some worn out somehow, cannot   deliver it real Value. For example, my boys are originally native digital age, they don't really watch cable tv, they would ask me to WATCH YOUTUBE by "TV" the object through mirroring from my smart phone. Renaissance has Samsung smart TV, Marriott has Samsung Smart TV or movie rental service, Tapestry Hilton has SONY which is even convenient because even used mirroring, I can still operate them separately even I am on Instagram or Facebook/ Meta. Otherwise, I love the stereo system from W Hotels and I love the smell, energy and lights W Hotels, and people with surroundings. - chuckfromchuckychees

My girlfriend and I spent a wonderful day at the W Hotel in Taipei. The package included a set lunch and pool/fitness center access. The entire staff was extremely attentive and thoughtful throughout the day, and they really helped make the experience special. The facilities offer a great opportunity to cool off and recharge in Taipei during the summer. We would highly recommend spending time at the W for a vacation, urban escape or business trip! After 39 nights of long stay at W Taipei last year (2021), I returned and enjoyed another long stay of 41 nights this year (3/20-4/30/2022). I chose to stay at the beautiful Marvelous King Suite this time, which made my stay a truly unforgettable experience. During my stay, I reunited with some of my good old friends (staff) at W that I met last year and made a lot more new friends at W this year. I received the royal VIP treatments from the staff at front door, concierge desk, check-in counter, W Insiders, Yen restaurant, Woobar, and some of W's management team.  Special thanks to some of your staff below. It is them who made me come back for another long stay this year and years to come. I appreciate all of them for their hospitality and friendship. I will definitely come back next year again.
