It works... my skin is more oily than dry and it stayed on. I work from 9-5 and now n then I’ll wipe my eyes more out of habit more than anything and usually by the end of the day I would be make up free, because my finger would rub the make up off. I used to use STELLA, but I was tire of the liquid liner and wanted something affordable and not liquid that would stay on my face.
