Friendly staff, beautiful hotel, convenient location! We checked in on Friday 10/7 at around 10 p.m. When we pulled up to the valet, the gentleman was very friendly and helpful with giving us information on the self-park. The front desk agent (a nice lady) provided a very warm welcome and seamless check-in experience. I had asked for cola's (since we were thirsty from our long drive) and she happily retrieved it for us. During our stay, when we interacted with the front desk they were always nice and friendly. Even just passing through the lobby, the front desk agent would greet us with a "hello" as we were just passing through. The room was gorgeous - - being a gold member, we had gotten an upgrade to a corner suite with a balcony. Views of Yaletown were so pretty. The hotel location is SUPER convenient and walkable to BC Stadium, Chinatown, Waterfront and Granville street, where the nightlife and shopping is. Wonderful weekend getaway! From start to finish, this was a good experience. We had stayed here previously, when it was under another brand and nothing has changed. All the staff is great (friendly and willing to help) from the porters to front desk and housekeeping. Extra towels were delivered within 10 minutes. It has a lovely pool. The beds are firm and not worn out like so many other hotels we have been to. Highly recommended plus a great location for shopping and business. - lg73

Yes, this hotel is expensive, but so is everything right at this moment in time. If its within your budget, you will enjoy your stay here. Despite the universal shortage of staff plaguing the service industry in Canada and the U,S., the staff at this Hilton couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. This includes he excellent onsite restaurant for breakfast, drinks and dinner. The staff there was outstanding. This hotel has underground parking with self parking in and out privileges at a cost per day. Valet is more. Our suite was well designed and the hotel location cannot be beat. We will not hesitate to make this our hotel during our return visit. - Parrot434
