My wife and I stayed here for just 1 night for a quick trip to Vancouver. I decided to treat us to the relatively pricey Ofuro suite as an early anniversary treat. We had high expectations and all of them were not just met but surpassed. The hotel is absolutely stunning and in a perfect location. The Ofuro suite took our breath away with the corner views overlooking the harbor with mountains in the back and the city to our right. The view alone made the room well worth the price but on top of that, everything had a luxurious yet soothing feeling from the bed, the tub/shower, the robes, to even the soft carpet and silky soaps and lotions. It was like having our own personal spa in our hotel room. The service was absolutely top notch as well. Everyone was so kind to us- the front desk ladies, the doormen, servers, everyone. They even left a bottle of champagne chilling for us in our room with glasses since they knew we were celebrating our anniversary. I will absolutely be staying here again and highly recommend others treat themselves to this hotel as well. - moorm142

This hotel is beautiful and modern. It is in an excellent location in downtown Vancouver near the waters edge. Lovely upmarket feel and rooms come with all the extras you would select at this price point. The hotel has quite a chic vibe and it’s bar area is clearly one of the places for the “in crowd” to hang out at in the evening. I was a little disappointed in lack of buffet breakfast. Breakfast was a la carte only. Not great if you just want toast and a croissant with some cereal. Coffee was only filter coffee and orange juice was not freshly squeezed which is also not one would expect at this price point. Aside from the disappointing breakfast however this is a great hotel. - Redrated

Awesome lobby with live music, bar, fireplace, art exhibits, what a place to be. Restaurant was delicious, service was fabulous. Great views, room and amenities were great. Heated pool was awesome, hot tub small but enjoyable. Spa was fabulous, two rooftop hot tubs, rooftop sauna and sitting area with heat tables, men's changeroom had a steam room, women's had incredible showers. - Onionsneakers
