I stayed at Sandman Suites for three weeks and my experience was beyond the expectations. Spacious room can fit a family of three.  Actually it's  a small one bedroom with all the amenities you might need during your extended stay. Housekeeping kept the room clean and tidy and the front desk was super friendly and very professional.  Also, English Bay was in 10 minutes walk, and the area has probably the best food in town. We stayed here for one night after a cruise and really wish it had been more.  We arrived around 10am on Canada Day and planned on leaving our bags and exploring, the front desk told us our room was available and gave us an upgrade to the PH floor.   Room was very nice with a jacuzzi, balcony had fantastic views from the 24th floor.   Hotel is in a nice area, KFC right across the street and a food mart/drug store, lots of nice places to eat and drink around too, the front desk was very helpful in giving us directions to the hop on/off stop and also to the metro system which was not too far away.  Would stay here again. - rickwal

We had a great time thanks to the lovely staff and their hard work. Chloe at the concierge was especially kind and helpful. The room was recently renovated and well-kept., and had everything we needed. The sofa bed was a little bit uncomfortable, so we just pushed two twins together. - shaunrP1265IC
