Visit number 4 here for me - the last visit was OK but felt a bit less charming.  Well this visit put the smile right back on my face.  They have lightly updated the place since I was last there, but kept most of what made it great.  The room was nice, lovely little details all over the place, a FREE MINI BAR!  The hotel public spaces are chic and stylish, without being pretentious.  The Vinyl Room and lounge on the first floor are uber cool.  I ventured a little further afield this time and found it's an easy 20 minute walk to the Alster area, where there is lots to do - the immediate vicinity of the hotel is quite quiet although food and shopping options are available, and the impressive Speicherstadt is 5 minutes walk. - figbat

great hotel, good location, friendly team. Nice concept with some extras like minibar included. Breakfast with good options and very friendly staff that asked every time if something is missing or for additional desires. Really surprised by the hospitality and welcome at this 3 star (?) hotel! Not too close to centre but public transport is available right outside and very easy to access. Hotel is modern, clean and in an ok neighbourhood. Walkable from Hamburg hbf station. What stood out for me was the friendly staff who were willing to answer any question. I missed something in my room and it was reported and brought to me within 5 minutes. Great service all round and very good value for money. Buffet breakfast  was ok too for 11 eur. Would stay here again! - lll345

Friendly service, very helpful staff, modern and clean hotel, great breakfast and easy to get to the hotel (for guests without a car) by bus line 3 from the train station. Good location. I'm looking forward to the next time. - torstenm963

I had a two night stay in this hotel due to business purposes. I had lots of bags and unfortunately left money in my room. I have already said goodbye to them, but in some days hotel staff could find them and pass the finding to my friend. I'm very happy that the personal behaved professionally. I'd add that the hotel servise (accomodation, cleaning and cooking - I really like that Müsli ) was very corteous as usual. And I'd stay in this hotel again with a big pleasure.
