Very welcoming and accommodating staff.  Room was lovely, comfortable, and clean.  We visited Chicago for the University of Chicago and the location of the hotel was perfect.  We were able to walk to campus, 53rd street, etc and didn't need a rental car to enjoy or very short stay. - melonij2021
Loved the welcoming environment! Loved the decor. The book selection had something for everyone. Furniture was very comfortable and relaxing. Best hotel staff I've ever encountered! They made us feel at home. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again. - 724aliciaj
Lovely hotel with excellent staff.  The room was very comfortable and I look forward to going back.  I liked the clean, modern styling. And I can be picky about heat/ac but it worked great.  And I had the option of a small window to open if I wanted fresh air!  A nice detail. - O5323IRamyd

The delightful person who waited our table, Victoria, came with experience to this new diner. It is in the location of what was another local hang out. The decor is new and fun, music 50s/60s but not obtrusive, there is a pleasant diner vibe, but
