Staff was very friendly, hotel room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel was in a great location of the city! We spent a week here. The apartment was just what we needed. 2 bedrooms and spacious common living space. The hybrid hotel/vacation rental is exactly what the hotel business needs. It is safe to book, check in, and they are there for whatever you need just like a hotel but with the freedom and space of a vacation home with a kitchen and a terrace, yet without the worry of a sketchy Airbnb host or place. The pool and fitness center were such a great bonus. And the front desk people were incredibly friendly and helpful. The app and security codes were so easy and it felt so safe. I think we’ll try to stay at the other Sonder properties when we can. - octoberose

It was a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath suite...10th floor view of Montreal with wonderful corner balcony! The desk staff was always friendly and helpful. There was a very nice workout room and sauna that my husband took advantage of a couple of times. Everything was clean, bright and modern. Excellent location in Montreal  - walking distance to the Old City and also to shopping areas. The 747 bus to the airport also stops very close by, which is handy for arriving and departing. Rooms are well equipped with comfortable beds and a kitchen including a dishwasher. The hotel provides a free breakfast and has a swimming pool, a small gym and a laundry. Reception staff are friendly, speak good English and are efficient. - PeterN727

Our one-bedroom corner suite had a kitchen, dining area, living room and separate bedroom--all priced below the usual two queen-bed rooms in other hotels.    Its spaciousness, together with the pool and exercise area on the top floor, added a lot to our Montreal stay.  Excellent service too. - TravelTrioNJ
