Location - First off, the hotel is placed in the Most amazing location in Montreal. Walking distance from the old port, from the nightlife and all kinds of top restaurants. Cleaniness : Hotel is so modern and clean. Walking in the roon, it did not only look spotless clean but also had a very pleasant smell. The gym is also very big, clean and everything is organized. The maintenance staff is very friendly and respectful, always smiling. Makes you feel very comfortable. STAFF: having travelled enormously, and having many other hotel experiences, I can say that everyone at hotel Monville is so great. A very special thank you to Chris** and the team for the great hospitality on the last ten days. Handled all my needs and helped accomodate me with literally everything. Everyone is smiley welcoming and seems like a happy working environment which resonates to the guests. The Valet team and security is also so great and willing to help give a hand at all times. Thank you to the bar staff as well! Having spent the last ten days here, I can say that If you are debating between hotels in Montreal , I recommend you to try Hotel Monville. I assure you that you will not regret it! 10/10 all around! Also, dog friendly! Such a plus. And everyone will say hi to your pup - Hanint22
The location is convenient and central, rooms are clean and modern - I stayed in a suite. I would like to especially mention Romane at the front desk. She was very knowledgeable about the area and provides excellent suggestions. - Priyatraveling
I was a little concerned when I got to my room because the pillows were so fat, but they were the softest, squishiest pillows I’ve ever laid my head on. I slept so good and woke up to all that natural light coming in through the big window! Will definitely want to stay there again! Also, the bed looks lumpy in the photo but it’s not.
