As many others have said, this is an Inn that meets expectations. We changed our itinerary as part of our 2 week east coast trip to be able to stay here due to the requirement to book at least a 3 night stay. It was exactly as we expected and was excellent. From checking in with Brandon, to the standard of the rooms, all the servers at breakfast, everything was perfect. We stayed in room 3 in the main house, and as it’s above the breakfast room you would often smell bacon first thing, but the sunrise view from the balcony more than made up from it. - Superdryers

Quaint setting !     Enjoy your breakfast on the waterfront!   Loved the decor.    I enjoyed the restful environment.    I was on the first floor in room 11.    Super clean accommodations and a nice B&B feel.   You may hear your neighbors but it wasn’t problematic.     Lovely property - carolmH168RA

My family and I stayed here last weekend for a family reunion we were having in nearby Giants Neck Beach.  It was so lovely, inside and out! Our room was impeccably clean, the entire Inn was tastefully decorated and had a very cool, laid-back vibe.  The chef made the most delicious breakfasts in the morning, we were pleasantly surprised!  Our server was so sweet and couldn't do enough for us.  The entire staff was so accomodating and kind, professional and really tried to please!  The wine and cheese in the late afternoon was so nice and the cookies they would leave out were always fresh baked and warm and so delicious. It was the little touches that meant so much.  Our only disappointment is there is no housekeeping per se (they said due to Covid) however it would have been nice to have toiletries replenished, fresh towels etc.  I had to ask for towels and they were given to us but after two days we would have loved our room freshened up a bit. Otherwise the staff was great and really did try to please.  The views and the location is superb.  We walked conveniently to town and really enjoyed the cute shops and great places to eat.
