Just about everything about the hotel was near perfect - can't really think of a negative actually.  Staff were friendly and helpful, room was beautiful, location was great, bed was very comfortable.  Très bon! - gco39
Nomad is a deeply lovely and beautiful hotel right in the historic centre of Quebec City. The room, welcome, people and breakfast were all fantastic and I genuinely don't think I've stayed in a nicer boutique hotel. Highly recommended. - mr_trajan
We loved this charming boutique hotel in the old city so close to everything. Super clean, wonderful bilingual staff, perfect room with a very comfy bed & even a little outside seating area. We had the delicious continental breakfast two mornings of our stay. Very happy we were able to get parking also. We would live to return here on our next visit to Quebec City. - psychojock

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in October 2022.  The highlight was the staff who worked very hard to find us restaurant reservations when several cruise ships were in town and it was a national holiday     - dzharbert
This small hotel is well situated near to restaurants, le petit Champlain, the old port and the Citadel. The staff are very accommodating and attentive. The breakfast is left at your door - a bit of a letdown but I guess that's what hotels are doing these days. The room itself is lovely with a very comfortable bed and a great jacuzzi bath and multi-jet shower. The flow of the room is also just great.  - mariasP1678ZH
It was no mistake to stay in “Lower Town” Quebec at the very friendly Hotel Des Coutellier. The hotel is a wee bit off the beaten tourist track and a pleasant walk to all Upper Town sites. While my guidebook advised that the streets of Quebec are not laid out in a grid and that using a map is essential, I found it very easy to get around without one: up a dozen ways to “Upper Town” and another dozen possibilities down to “Lower Town”. In addition to its ideal location, it took me less than five minutes to walk to the Via Rail Train Station on my departure. One note of caution: my first room (404) was too dark for me. I asked for something lighter and brighter and they were happy to move me to 401 which was light, bright with double windows that open onto the plaza below --maybe not ideal for light sleepers, but I loved it. It also seemed to be an updated room compared with the former. I would stay here again. - PB153

The decor is new and fun, music 50s/60s but not obtrusive, there is a pleasant diner vibe, but
