Hotel was fantastic, great location in Old Quebec, close to the cruise line docks, we met family that arrived on the QM2, the rooms were super comfortable, quiet with many extra amenities, awesome shower. Easy walk to the beautiful historic areas. What made this hotel extra special was the welcoming and helpful staff. We were blown away with how much they went out of their way to guide us to fantastic restaurants and assist our elderly family members . The staff at this hotel made a great hotel extraordinary. I highly recommend this hotel and will surely stay here again when I next visit Quebec City. - Ambassador787689

We stayed here for 4 days and cannot wait to go back. Everyone we met who worked at the hotel really made our stay very enjoyable - so friendly and welcoming. Our room was very spacious, clean, and wonderfully appointed. We ate in Bar Artefact one evening and the food/drinks were quite good and the servers were very kind. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city and definitely plan on staying here on our return visit. - StephKS20

The bellmen and the front desk staff were really great. Professional, informative, and very caring about ensuring things went smoothly l for me. There was a bellman in particular whom I wish I had caught his name - he made sure that I wasn’t overcharged on my taxi back to the airport (unfortunately on the way to the hotel, the driver did not charge me the flat rate!) as well as assisted me in another matter. I liked the exercise area and the location is peaceful. If I could change one thing it would be that the housekeeping staff was equipped to clean the room faster. Currently they are having to wash the glasses and cups in the room rather than being supplied with clean ones that they can quickly swap out - thought that was strange to see her having to do the dishes in our bathroom sink. - 14gailn
