"I have never had a better cream udon place in my entire life! We got their famous uni cream udon and a seafood tomato cream udon that was on their special menu. The taste was almost indescribable. So much umami and creaminess. Honestly wished I could have gotten seconds because it was sooooo good. My partner also really enjoyed his meal. They seem to be a really popular place and there's usually a wait by the time it opens so get here early. The staff members are also extremely nice. It's 100% worth the wait. This unique dining experience offers a combination of modern sushi and authentic "robatayaki" cuisine, made with only the finest ingredients. The robata skewers are grilled over bincho charcoals, just like the local fisherman in the ancient seaside village of Wakayama, infusing the meats, seafood and vegetables with a rich smokiness.
